England's Coach Tim Southee Uncertain on The Ashes Availability

England's bowling consultant Southee is currently evaluating the extent of his role will be at the upcoming Ashes contest in the host nation.
The former Kiwi pace bowler is only likely to be present for the first Test due to his involvement in the International League T20 competition, which begins on 2 December in the UAE.
The 36-year-old, aged 36, assumed a position as the English team's pace bowling advisor in the summer after claiming 391 scalps in 107 Test matches for the Kiwis.
Commenting as the English team for the opening of three Twenty20 games against the Kiwis was announced, he said of his participation: "We're still working through the situation at the present time.
"We'll see what happens over the next little while."
England pace icon Broad had declared the Australia side as their "worst team since 2010", but Southee was in little doubt over what to expect during the series, which begins on 21 November.
"In my view there's at any time a poor Australian cricket team," Southee said.
"Our focus is firmly on our own objectives. I think the caliber of [England's] team that's heading out to the host country is brilliant.
"It ought to be an absolute cracker, the Ashes. Not just [are|do] English and Australian people eagerly anticipate it, I believe the entire cricketing community is."
But, prior to the English team head to the city of Perth for the first Ashes match, they face the Kiwis in the city of Christchurch on this Saturday.
